Returns Policy

Change of Mind:
If you change your mind within 7 days of receiving your goods, we will gladly refund, exchange or credit your item, providing the following conditions are met:

  • You make contact with us within 7 days of receiving your purchase at [email protected];
  • The goods are returned unused and in saleable condition;
  • Postage is paid by you for the return of the item. (COD is not acceptable)

All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the customer, and are sent at their risk. Hobby Supply Co is not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen items in transit, insurance may be purchased additionally at buyers expense.
These conditions do not affect your statutory rights in any way.

Item Faults and Warranties:
If you are having problems with any purchase, and believe it to be a warranty, please contact [email protected]. Please include in your email:

  • Your name and contact number;
  • Your online order number or copy of your tax invoice;
  • The name and product code of the item that you are having problems with;
  • Details of the problem and if applicable, a photo of the problem, to help solve the issue.

We will get in contact with you as soon as possible to discuss your problem. We may be able to sort the issues out either over the phone or via email. If it is necessary for you to ship the item back to us, a staff member will discuss with you the procedure for doing that.

Item Damaged in Shipping:
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately, and we will discuss with you the best course of action.
Please note: We can only replace or refund items damaged in shipping that have had insurance purchased for them during checkout.


Processing Refunds and Warranties:
We process all warranty claims and refunds as quickly as possible. This will usually be within 7 days of us receiving the goods. If warranties require specialist testing or shipment to our suppliers, it may take up to 30 days to process.
We will issue refunds in the same payment method that was used in the original purchase.
